Step2- Fill the necessary details like Name of Company, Company official email address, contact person name, and Company contact number and submit it. Make sure you will enter all the correct details.
Step3- After you submit the details, you will get the password on the registered email id that you have mentioned.
Step4- your account has been successfully created on the website and now you have to login by using your email id / mobile number and password received in the email.
Step5- You can change the password and create a new password of your choice.

Step 3 - Click on the "Change Password". Enter the old and new passwords. Now, you can easily change the previous password and get a new one. For safety purposes, please do not share your password with anyone.

FAQ 3 #HOW TO COMPLETE THE ADDRESS VERIFICATION AND KYC PROCESS?


Address Verification is an essential part of the client's identity. "Industries Helping Hands Dot Com" works in a transparent manner so it's crucial for us to know about our client company address. The walk-in drive of the candidates will be conducted at the Company address so it's very important for the company to upload the address proof. Address verification is necessary for us to provide you the best client services.

You have to upload any one of the following documents-
If your Entity type is Proprietorship / Individual: Passport, Voter's Identity Card, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill, Bank account Statement of the period not more than 3 months old.
If Entity type is Company / Partnership: Service Tax / Sales Tax / TAN, Govt. Registration Certificate, Lease Proof, Certificate of Incorporation, Shop and Establishment certificate, Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Bank Account Statement, Credit Card statement of the period not more than 3 months old.
Please ensure that Utility bills etc. are of the period not older than 3 months. Only documents in pdf, jpeg, png, doc, or Docx format with a maximum 5 MB can be uploaded.

For completing the registration process it is mandatory to fill out the KYC Form and upload it. Signing authority like Company Owner/Director/H.R Head/ Recruiter whose name is mention in address proof anyone can sign the KYC and upload it along with the seal of the company.

If you want to change the address of the company then you can contact us via call or email. Our Business representatives will communicate with you soon and solve your problem. For changing the company address we will deny your old address proof document. We will update the new address proof document as soon as you upload it. This will help you in changing the address.

The following are the reasons why the KYC will be suspended-

  1. If the details in the KYC form will be incomplete or incorrect.
  2. If the signature and seal belong to the unauthorized person.

  4. If the KYC form will not be uploaded in the proper format and file size.

FAQ 4 #HOW TO ADD THE JOB?

Step2 After you log in. The dashboard opens and then, go to the tab "Add Job". Write the description of the job and fill in all the necessary details.
Step3 Our Business Development Executives will verify the job and your job will be live on the website within 24 hours.

Once you have completed the process of registration you don't need the Company verification again. You have to simply add the new job on the dashboard. For adding the job, firstly log in then the dashboard will open. Go to "Add Job" and click on it. Fill in all the necessary details related to the job. Your job will be active on the website of "industrieshelpinghands.com" within 24 hours.

The job will be expired from the website after 60 days from the date of the job activation. If you want to extend the Job expiration date you can reactivate the job. For reactivating the job go to the "Job Posting Status" and then click on "Previous Jobs". Now go to the "Action" and select the job which you want to re-activate. Click on the "Re-activate" button for reactivating the previous job. You can also contact us via call or email for extending the job expiration date.

The job will be suspended if there is any inappropriate and false information. If the details do not match with the Job profile and we get some unauthentic information then also the job will be suspended." When you are successfully registered on the website, you get a company ID and when you post a job on the website you get a job ID. The company ID is unique you get it only once you have completed the registration process. But the job ID is different for different jobs. Whenever you post a new job on the website you will get a different job ID but the company ID remains the same.

You will get notifications on your personalized dashboard. These notifications will help to let you know what is the next step that you have to follow. You can see the notifications by clicking on the bell icon as well as also on the right menu, you have an option for notification. The recruiter can receive the candidates' applications in the dashboard as well as also in their registered email id. The application notifications will show on the dashboard. By using the "Application tracker" on the dashboard the recruiter can view all the applications of the candidates who have applied for the job on the website. The recruiter can also get the applications of the candidates on their registered email id. Through both ways, the recruiter receives the applications.

Follow these steps to check the candidate's applications-
Step1 - Go to the website www.industrieshelpinghands.com.Click on the login button. Step2 - After you log in the dashboard opens and then, go to the "Application Tracker" and click on "All Applications". Select the job by using the filter. Now, you can get the applications of all the candidates who have applied for the job which is active on the website. Step3 - Now you can view the applications. You have the option to accept applications, decline applications, or review Applications.

Firstly login and then go to the "Application Tracker" on the dashboard. Now click on the "All applications" and select the job. Here you can view the applications of all the candidates. You also have the choice to preview the profile of the candidate and view the resume. In the "Action" you can find the options 'Accept", "Decline" and "Mark for Review".
If you want to accept the application then, click on Accept and if you don't want to select the candidate then you may also decline the candidate's application by clicking on the Decline button. In case you want to review the application later then you can click on the button "Mark for Review".

Resume of candidates can be checked by following these steps -
Step-1 Go to the website www.industrieshelpinghands.com.Click on the login button. Step-2 After your login the dashboard opens and then, go to the "Application Tracker ".Click on the button "All Applications" and select the job by using the filters. Step-3 Now you can see the details and Resume of the candidate. Click on the "View" to see the resume. The recruiter can also download the candidate's resume from the dashboard.

You can see the applications of the candidates who have applied on the job till the job is expired. Through the advanced and innovative "Application Tracker" you can easily accept, decline, and review the applications of the candidates, until the date of expiration of the job.

When you add a new job, you will be asked how you want to receive candidates' applications. You can get the candidate's applications in your registered mail id and also in your personalized dashboard. If you don't want to receive candidates' applications on mail id then you can contact us. Your email Id will be changed or removed. Our business executives will help you


FAQ 6 # HOW TO GENERATE INTERVIEW CALL LETTER AND SCHEDULE INTERVIEW?


Step-1 Go to the website www.industrieshelpinghands.com.Click on the login button.
Step-2 After your login. The dashboard opens and then, go to the "Application Tracker ".Click on the button "Accept Applications" and select the job by using the filter.
Step-3 Here you find the option to generate an "Interview Call Letter”. You can schedule the interview at your place according to your convenience.

No, once you have generated the interview call letter, it will be sent to the candidates whose applications are accepted by you. If you want to make some changes or cancel the interview drive, you can personally contact the candidates to inform them of any change or cancellation of the interview. Step-2 After your login. The dashboard opens and then, go to the "Schedule Interview". Click on it and select the job for which you want to schedule the interview.
Step-3 You can schedule the interview at your place on the suitable date and time as per your convenience

To change the Interview Location, you have to contact us to change your verified address. You have to again upload a new address verification document and upload a new KYC form after the new address verification is completed.

Step-2 After your login. The dashboard opens and then, click on the "Reports" and select the type of report which you want to download.
Step-3 There are four types of reports- report of jobs, report of applications, report of interviews, and email reports. You can use the filters and select the job. Click on the "download". You can download the report in the copy, CSV, pdf, and print format.

In the dashboard, you can see four types of reports - report of jobs, report of applications, and report of interviews.
Report of jobs - in the report of jobs you can easily find the report of active jobs, pending jobs, and previous jobs.
Report of applications- in the report of applications you can get the report of accepted applications, declined applications, and applications under review.
Report of interviews - in the report of the interview you can get the report of the upcoming interviews and previous interview.
