If we conduct the IHH-PET Test on the institute then, we provide fees or discounts to the Institute for the infrastructure, invigilator, and other resources that are based on mutual understanding.
If the candidates can appear for the online IHH-PET Test from home then it is the responsibility of the candidate to have the proper computer system with a proper internet connection. The assessment is also smartphone supportive but we recommend the candidates to use the desktop or laptop with the proper webcam. The test will be monitored by advanced security features.

The client companies and the industries must support Industries Helping Hands Dot Com by registering in the portal and allowing them to do the recruitment process on behalf of the client companies/industries whenever required.

The organization should not disclose any confidential information and should not share candidates' data provided by "Industries Helping Hands Dot Com" with any third party.

Any assignment(s) that the company may give to Applicants to assess their suitability for the Job should be fair and relevant to the Job profile. Any attempt to get work done for free from Applicants disguised as assessment or to get them to download or generate downloads for an app or get likes/shares/comments etc. for Employer's social media handles only for the purpose of getting free publicity disguised as an assignment are strictly prohibited.
Once company hire any Applicant(s) for their Job, they must provide them with an offer letter clearly detailing all the important details of the Job (such as role & responsibilities, remuneration, and payment mechanism) and complete address and contact details of Employer.
