The role being offered is Business development executive/Sr. Business Development Executive. As a Business Development you role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students), setting up meetings, counsels the student on learning pedagogues. The role will involve 60% field sales and 40% calling from office. * There will be a stern KRA of 200 Manual Dials per day on the prospect leads provided by the organization to achieve two and a half hours of talk time in order to conduct 8 home demos weekly to procure the weekly/monthly assigned targets. * Job timings will be from 10 AM to 7:30 PM from Tuesday to Friday and Saturday/Sunday followed by Home Conductions. * The job location will be Pune wherein Executives need to schedule the home conductions for the city itself. * TA will be provided with monthly payments to the executives to cater to the conductions across the city. * The job role is 60% of field sales and 40% of calling from the office. * There's a 6-day working model wherein Monday will be a week-off. * There will be performance pay + growth incentives as lucrative bonus apart from fixed CTC on consistently achieving targets
* Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth. * Communicate company products and services via Calling and E-mail and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs. * Document and update CRM with daily activities as required. * Achieve weekly and monthly goals. * Be a self-starter and proactive; identify and act on opportunities for improvement. * Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional. * Remain knowledgeable about all organization’s products and services to facilitate sales efforts. * Completing input numbers on daily basis and taking up revenue responsibility. * To research and analyze the customer’s requirements and present best solutions. * Keep abreast with Extramarks latest offerings and best practices. * Research key customer wants and needs.
