* Handle all information in a confidential manner. * Full secretarial duties such as taking messages, answering the phone. * Office administration: Filing, typing correspondence, mailing. * Customer & Supplier Liaison. * Gathering information for reporting purposes and capturing of information on the Forecasts, Budgets and Actual system. * Assist the Managing Director, Financial Manager & Public Relations Manager * Writing up of orders and requesting / receiving quotes for orders. * Keep the Operations/Marketing Manager’s diary up to date and give him reminders for meetings. * Assist the Operations/Marketing Manager and Regional Manager with Disciplinarians e.g. sending correspondence, taking daily reporting, managing CRM system etc. * Arranging Managers Meeting’s online/offline, refreshments, agenda and any other information required for the meeting. * Maintaining billing software and doing billings of parties timely as per directions of the Managing Director. * Maintain GST compliance and stay in touch with CA for timely filings * Maintain records of daily expenses and prepare sheets of approval for filing. * Receive orders from the entire online platform and prepare for deliveries.
Record all the deliveries and returns with payment from online platform on monthly basis Record offline deliveries of good and payments of same. Manage inventory of goods and report on weekly basis. Prepare financial data sheet for monthly review Prepare shares of field staff as per the predefined criteria and percentages on weekly basis Prepare expense reports for field staff to be paid on weekly basis Prepare supplier payment balance sheet and initiate for payments. Make sure the office and staff timings must be maintained as per directions Make sure the general hygiene and cleanliness is to be maintained timely by housekeeper. Maintain minimal consumption of resources of office. Bill payments of office on regular basis.
