Job Description

To increase sales by Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction and promote business into target locations. Company Headquarter is at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, but Job Location for Sales Executives is all over the states. Also candidates requires for Pan India reach.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. 2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. 3. Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants. 4. Explain how our solutions align with their pain points. 5. Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant 6. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. 7. Up-sell when appropriate 8. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. 9. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. 10. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. 11. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. 12. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. 13. Aiming to achieve weekly and monthly targets. 14. Record daily activity reports on software.

Desired Skills:

a. Fluent in Hindi and Chhattisgarhi. b. Gentle and polite with good listening skills and Never giving up attitude. c. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. d. Fast learner and passionate for sales e. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach f. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations g. Knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint h. Knowledge of Android mobile app operations i. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
